Contact and enquiry forms
When you fill in a form on our website, for example to book a trial lesson or ask about a course, we collect the information you provide: typically your name, phone number, email address, and your message. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange lessons, and follow up about our services. Form submissions are stored securely in our internal systems and are accessible only to our team.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our website, for example which pages are popular and where visitors come from. These tools use cookies and may collect your IP address, browser type, device information, and browsing behavior on our site. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally to us. Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months.

Cookies
Our website uses cookies for analytics purposes as described above, and for remembering your language preference when you switch between English, Vietnamese, Russian, or Chinese versions of the site. Media

We keep enquiry and form data for as long as needed to respond to you and manage our student relationships. If you become a student, we retain your information for the duration of your studies with us and for a reasonable period afterward for administrative purposes.
What rights you have over your data
